Reopen A Receipt for Return or Cancellation

Navigate to your PO

Click "Receipts"

Click on the reciept you want to reopen

Click ***Reopen Receipt***

Enter the reason

Click ***Reopen Receipt***

To **delete the receipt**, click the drop down next to ***Complete*** then click ***Delete.*** ***You're done!***

**To change the quantity or which items were received**, **check/uncheck** the box to the right and/or enter the corrected **quantity**

**To change the item status**, go to the ***Status*** drop down:

When finished editing, click ***Complete***
