Use Accounts without Recent Touchpoints to understand which accounts require engagement across your Personas. This report should be used to understand which accounts require new engagement from your team.

Overview of accounts that have not had touchpoints and a clear understanding of when the last touchpoints took place.

You can use this report to drill into: - Total number of accounts that currently do not have touchpoints - Understand when the last touchpoint took place - this could be a sent or a received message. - Understand the total touchpoints that have taken place on the account. - See when the last sent and last recieved message took place. You can click into this sent and recieved pills to see the drill down.

The drill down will show you *who* you engaged with, their persona, sent and recieved date and the engagement source.

You can export the report by clicking the "export CSV" button.
