Use this report to quantify the amount of touchpoints you are having with a specific persona. This report should help your teams understand which persona has the highest engagement rates and where are there areas of opportunity for multi-thread across your accounts.

Overview of how many touchpoints you have had on a month over month basis across your configured personas.

Hover over the monthly bar to understand the breakout of touchpoints across the selected personas. Note: A contact's persona is determined by matching their function and seniority against your configured persona definitions. Within a Persona, we are counting each touchpoint so one person within a person could have mulitple touchpoints.

Touchpoints are broken out by the Personas included in your reporting filters. The total reflects the total aggregate touchpoints across the date range whereas the hover over is a breakdown of the touchpoints within that month for the specific persona.

Each month can be drilled into to understand the breakout of persona engagement. Tip: Filter by Account and Persona by typing out the name in the filter bar.
