Use this Report to understand *how* your reps are engaging with their accounts across all the touchpoints methods. The source for touchpoints will be based on the connected integrations (email, calendar, call recorder, slack, etc.)

Overview view of touch points based on the selected filter set. Note: the total is aggregate total of touchpoints across all integration sources.

Hover over the bar to see the touchpoint break out by source.

The drill down is broken out by amounts for each source. It is clickable and can be viewed as a drill down.

The drill down will show: - Date - date of touchpoin - Customer - Which Account the touchpoint occurrred with - Owner- Who the account owner is - Source - Which integration source the touchpoint originated from. - Count - total touchpoints for a specific date by source.

This report can be exported within the drill down. Click on "Export CSV"
