Summary Data

From your site admin/staff account click "Reports" and "Logins"

Click " Report Settings" to customize your search

Select the date range you're looking for, then click "Apply Settings"

From here you will see the total number of logins site-wide for the date range you selected, plus a breakdown of logins by account type
Favorites Data

From your site admin/staff account click "Reports" and "Careers"

Click " Report Settings" to customize your search

Customize your search by selecting who you're looking for: by "Group," "Graduation Year," or "Entire Site," then the date range. Then click "Apply Settings"

Click "Careers" to open the report

From here you will see a list of careers that have been added to favorites by your students/users, and the number of times it's been added as a favorite

Click "Export" or "Print" to generate a report of these results than can be printed or saved

Click "Select" to see which students/users are included in the count for each career

Click " Print" to print or save a copy of these results

Click " Return" to get back to the original results
Self-Surveys Data

From your site admin/staff account click "Reports" and "Career Cluster Inventory" - or whichever survey you are looking to get results for

Click " Report Settings" to customize your search

Customize your search by selecting who you're looking for: by "Group," "Graduation Year," or "Entire Site," then the date range. Then click "Apply Settings"

Click "Career Cluster Inventory" - or whichever survey you ran the report for - to open it

Click "Summary by Student" and "Generate Report" to see a report of who has completed or not completed the survey

On the right you will see the total number of records in the report, the number of records with a completed survey (C), the number of records with a survey in progress (P), and the number of records with a survey not complete (N)

You can also generate an excel form or print sheet of this list. Click "Select" to select all portfolios, or select individual portfolios by clicking the box next to their name. Click "Export" to generate an excel sheet. Click "Print" to generate a print sheet.

Click " Return" to access additional reports

Click "Summary by Cluster" and "Generate Report" to see a summary of the clusters represented in your student's results

From here you will see a ranked list of the 16 career clusters and how many of your students had each cluster in their "top cluster" results

You can also generate an excel form or print sheet of this list. Click "Export" to generate an excel sheet. Click "Print" to generate a print sheet.

Click "Select" to see which students have each cluster in their top cluster results

Click "Return" to access additional reports

Click "Detail by Student" and "Generate Report" to see a set of individual survey results for each of your students

From here you will see each of your student's full survey results. Scroll down to see more students and click "Print" to print the results or save an electronic copy of them
