Request Delivery – Boxes in Storage

Follow these steps to request delivery of boxes currently in storage through the Storr Records User portal.

Storr

Log into the Storr Records User portal.

From the Home page, click Search

Select the type of search you want to perform. To find multiple items (e.g., several boxes) in a single query, use *Match Item Search*.

Click *Browse* and select the CSV file on your computer that contains all the item codes.

Click "Upload"

Click the clipboard icon and select Send Off Site to add items to cart.

Go to Cart, then click Send Order to submit your request.
