Requesting a De-Registration on the App

If you are requesting to de-register yourself from a competition, follow the steps below.

If you are requesting a de-registration for your child, skip to **Step 10**

Tap "More"

Tap "My Profile"

Tap "My Full Profile"

Tap the 3 dots next to the registration you would like to de-register from

Tap "Registration Change"

Tap "De-Register"

Select "Yes" or "No" to indicate if you have taken the court for this competition then select the reason for de-registration.

If there is no applicable reason listed, select other and enter further information below.

Tap "Confirm"

Your request will now be sent to your club or association for review. Once they approve it, it will be sent to Basketball Queensland and Basketball Australia for the final review. Any refunds approved by any level during the process will be initiated once Basketball Australia has finalised the review process. You will receive an email notifying you that it has been completed.

To request a de-registration for your child, follow the steps below.

Under **Child Registration,** tap the 3 dots next to the registration you are wanting to de-register them from

Tap "Registration Change"

Tap "De-Register

Select "Yes" or "No" to indicate if they had taken the court during the competition then select the reason for de-registration.

Tap "Confirm"
