Reset Oracle Password Inside the Platform

Tip! Suppliers can reset their Oracle passwords inside of the platform. This is helpful if you were not able to successfully use the "forgot password" link on the Oracle supplier login screen. If you do not know your current password, email [SupplierInfo@tennessee.edu](mailto:SupplierInfo@tennessee.edu) to request a temporary password. Please allow 24 hours as this request must be elevated to the security team. Then, follow these instructions to create a permanent password in the system.

Enter your email address in the User ID field.

Enter your temporary password in the password field. If you are choosing to change your current password and did not request a temporary password, enter your current password.

Click "Sign In."

Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Select "Set Preferences."

Select "Password."

Enter your temporary (or current) password, then enter and re-enter your new password.

Click "Save and Close."
