Tip! Suppliers can reset their Oracle passwords inside of the platform. This is helpful if you were not able to successfully use the "forgot password" link on the Oracle supplier login screen.
If you do not know your current password, email [SupplierInfo@tennessee.edu](mailto:SupplierInfo@tennessee.edu) to request a temporary password. Please allow 24 hours as this request must be elevated to the security team.
Then, follow these instructions to create a permanent password in the system.
