This guide provides patients with the steps to reset their Diary App password.

To reset you Diary App password, open the Diary App on your mobile device. Click the blue "Forgot your password?" link.

In the "Reset Password" textbox, enter the email used to register the Diary App. Click the white "Reset Password" button.

You will receive an email to the email you provided if it is correct. Click the blue "Reset Password" button in the email and follow the prompts to complete resetting your Diary App password.
