Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password for your Videosign account, you can reset it in a few easy steps.

Videosign

Go to the Videosign login page -<https://contractcreator.videosign.co.uk/>

Click "Forgot password?".

Enter your email address. **Note:** Please ensure you enter the same email address you used to sign up for your Videosign account.

Click "RESET".

You will receive an email similar to the one below. **Note:** If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder. Click on the hyperlink text to reset your password.

Enter and repeat a new password, then click "RESET". **Note:** Your password must be at least 6 characters, contain at least 1 uppercase and lowercase character, and at least 1 digit.
