Reset a Driver’s PIN

Inside your FleetRunnr portal, click "Fleet" on your dashboard.

On the Drivers page, locate the driver whose PIN you want to reset.

Click the three horizontal dots (...) to the far right side of the driver.

Inside the menu that appears, click "Reset PIN".

A window will appear displaying the new driver's PIN. Make sure to communicate this PIN with the driver before confirming your action.

Click "Reset" to apply your changes and reset the PIN.

**Note:** **Clicking Reset PIN generates a new PIN displayed on the screen. Share this PIN exactly as shown with the driver.** **Before logging in again, ask the driver to:** - **Close the Driver App completely by removing it from the background.\ ** - **Wait about 1 minute, then reopen the app and log in with the new PIN**

Once the driver successfully logs in using the reset PIN, they can change it to a custom PIN directly from their account settings within the Driver App.
