Reset a User's Password from the Offstreet Dashboard

Navigate to [https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard](https://dashboard.offstreet.io/dashboard)

Click the "Users" dropdown menu.

Click "User Accounts"

Search for the user by name or email, or filter by Security Group.

Click the user’s name to open the account details.

Click the three-dot menu in the account details side panel and select "Reset Password" This will send the user a password reset email so they can set a new password.

You can also trigger a password reset directly from the user list. Locate the user, click the three-dot menu on their row, and select "Reset Password" This will immediately send the user a password reset email.

A confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner confirming that the password reset email has been successfully sent to the user.
