Resetting your SMS provider in Emarsys
This guide is for customers who have already set up the SMS channel but want to switch to Tall Bob.

Login to your Emarsys account and click the 'Management' menu.

Select the 'SMS Settings' option.

This is how your SMS and MMS settings page will look like

Scroll to the bottom to the 'Reset SMS and MMS Channels' section

Click 'Reset SMS and MMS Channels' to confirm the action.

To add Tall Bob as your new SMS provider, go to <https://support.tallbob.com/support/solutions/articles/17000131894-connecting-tall-bob-and-emarsys> and follow instructions from Step 3.
