Navigate to Opportunity

If any item states "Failed" - a new document will need to be submitted

Click "Check and resubmit your NTP Document"

Click here.

Comments on the reason why the document was rejected will show in the red box. To resubmit updated documents, click the menu button on the right.\ *Do not use "Upload Documents" to replace documents during a rejection*

Click "Replace Document"

Click this icon.

Choose File, click "Add File"

Click "Notify Lender"

Click "Account Details"

After updated document has been reviewed and approved, Account Detail page will update to show "Notice to Proceed (NTP) Approved"
