Review map for time stamping in user timesheets

Click "Timesheets"

Click on the employee you wish to review

Click on the date you wish to review

You will see all the time segments within the timesheet

Click "Map"

When you click on one of the items in the list it will bring you to that GPS stamp. The address that appears below the time segment in the list is the address that the user hit the 'start timer' in the app for.

Click the 'X' in the pop up box

In this example, you can see that there is a second '1' that is red - this means that the 'stop timer' was hit at a different location than the 'start timer'

Let's review another example: click on segment '2'

Click the 'X'

Notice the red 2, again this tells us that the stop timer was hit in a different location than the start timer.

Click on segment '3' - in this example what you will see is the 3 on the map in the same location as the red 2. In analyzing this information, it seems that the user forgot to hit the stop timer before they left the previous site. When they arrived at the next location they stopped the timer at the previous site and started the timer for the next location.

Time segments that are started and stopped in the same location will only have one green number showing.

Any time segment that does not have an address associated with it, is a segment of time where the users overall clock is on and running but not timed into any address.
