Build your Room Guide™

Start by tapping My Listings

Select the listing you want to work with

Tap Room Guide™

Now tap here to start building your guide.

Your default room type will be living room. There are 8 options in total - Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Basement, Office, Attic, & Other\ \ Tap Upload to find your photo or video for this room

Now that you have uploaded the photo, you can put in a description and title (both optional but highly recommended)

Once you have your photo and other details entered, tap save.

Now let's add another room

Select your room from the dropdown list

Find your file

Now add in your title and description (both optional but highly recommended)

Preview Room Guide™

Tap the preview link

Here is what your Room Guide™ will look like when someone pulls it up via carousel or their showing details

Tap X to close the pop up

Generate a QR Code

Tap the room you want to generate the QR code for

Tap Get QR Code

You can now save the file on your device or share the file with other agents. You can also print this file and put one in each room of the home.

Editing your Room Guide™

Tap the room you want to edit

You can edit the title, description, and photo here. To change the photo, first delete the one there.

Tap upload again

Now browse your device for the new photo

Once your photo is uploaded and other changes are made, tap save

Delete a Room

You can also completely delete a room. Do so by tapping the X on the left next to the room name or by clicking through to the room itself.

Tap Delete to completely delete the room.

Now confirm

Room Guide™ in the Carousel

When you enter the box, you will get your typical carousel.

You will now see Room Guide™ on your listing information screen. You can also scan one of our Room Guide™ QR codes directly from this screen as well.
