Use Room Guide™

Navigate to your SKRE home page

Click on listings

Select the listing you want to work with
Build your Room Guide™

Click "Room Guide™"

To start your Room Guide click the + symbol

Start by selecting your room. Then click upload to locate the picture or video file on your computer. You will see here the accepted file types and file size.

Once you upload the file, you can put in a title. This is optional.

Type in your description. This is optional, but highly recommended. Once done, click save.

Let's add another room to our guide. Click the + symbol.

Use the dropdown to select another room.

Click "Bedroom"

Add the title (optional).

Click "Upload" to find the photo on your computer.

Now add the description as you did previously.

Click "Save"

We'll now add a third room to the guide. Click the + symbol again.

Select the room you want to add.

Add your title, if desired.

Click "Upload" to find the photo on your computer

Type in your description and then click "Save"
Create QR Code

Select the room you want to generate a QR code for.

Click "Get QR Code"

A PDF will be generated with your QR code. Here is what it looks like. You can now save the file on your device or share the file with other agents. You can also print this file and put one in each room of the home.
Deleting a Room or Room's Photo or Video

Select the room you want to delete the photo for from the tabs in your guide.

You can edit your description and title here. You can also delete the photo or video by clicking the trashcan icon. To delete the room, click the red delete button.

Confirm deletion of the attachment.

You can now hit start the process over and add a new photo or video to this room in your guide. Hit save when done.
