Locate Request and Rosters Tool

Click "Scheduling & Courses"

Click "Requests & Rosters"

*Optional:* Hide the left-hand panel by clicking the three horizontal lines to expand the viewing area for the main page.
Navigate to Section for Rostering

Click "Courses" to view the active course sections at your school.
Tip! Click "Collapse All" to hide section details to reduce scrolling. Clicking a second time will expand.

Scroll to search the list of active courses.

Click on desired course and section to roster.
Use Roster Builder

In the desire section, click "Roster Builder" to start editing roster.
Tip! Use the filter tools to narrow the list of students for selection.

*Optional:* Click "Grade" and select one or more grade levels to filter.

Click on a student to begin rostering. The green + symbol means the student will be added to the section roster.

When finished, click the arrow for more save options.

Click "Save & Close" to save and return to previous page.

Click "Continue" to proceed with changes.

Review the confirmation to ensure the number of students added to the section is accurate. Click "Close"
