Locate Request and Rosters Tool

Click "Scheduling & Courses"

Click "Requests & Rosters"

*Optional:* Hide the left-hand panel by clicking the three horizontal lines to expand the viewing area for the main page.
Select Students from the Source Section
Alert! In this example, we will copy students from Foundations 7 section 571 to Digital Citizenship section 5153.

Click "Filter" to begin selecting students.

Enter the name or number of the *source* course, then select the desired course.

Click the desired *source section*. The list of sections is filtered based on the course previously selected.

Click "Close" when you have finished filtering.

Click "Batch Edit Student Rosters"
Identify the Destination Course and Section
Tip! Use the filter tools to narrow the list of courses.

Click the "Course Number or Name" field

Click here.

Click on the destination course. A blue check mark appears.

Select the destination section number and teacher. Only one section per course can be selected.

Specify a start date if the term has already begun.

Click "Add"

Click "Continue" to proceed with roster copying.

Review the confirmation to ensure the number of students added to the section is accurate. Click "Close"
Confirm Destination Section Roster

Click here to begin a course/section search.

Click "Course/Section"

Click "Advanced" to do an advanced Course/Section search.

Click the "Course Name" field and type in the destination course name.

Type in the destination section number. Again, in this example, the destination section is 5153.

Click "Search"

Click the destination section.

Click "Section Roster" to view the list of students.

Confirm the correct students are now rostered.
