Running Reports to View Inventory for All Materials in a Material Group

Great for reviewing during cycle counts, if you want to show all the material stock based on a material group, use "Stock Multiple Materials" app

First open the "Stock Multiple Materials" app

Next select "Adapt Filters"

Select the checkbox next to "Material Group"

Click "OK"

Then you can add your plant code in the "Plant" field.

In the "Material Group" field enter in the material group you want to pull. In this scenario we want to pull all the material in packaging. So, we are going to enter "RM - Packaging"

Tip! The 3 material groups we deal with all start with "RM" (raw material) "RM-Packaging" "RM-Cultivation" "RM-Processing"

Once you've added all your filters, Click "Go"

Now that the report has populated we can adjust our views so that it is easier to read. Select the mechanical wheel icon on the left

Deselect any views you don't need to see that are wasting space. We recommend removing "special stock type" and "special stock type description"

You can also select additional filters you want to add to your view if you should need it.

You can also "Sort" your columns by Ascending or Descending order, highly recommend doing this either by the "Material" (aka material #) or the "Material Description" so that it's easier to run through

Once you have filtered and sorted your views select "OK"

As an extra step, if you want to export this report to an excel select the page icon next the mechanical wheel
