Certification Report Activity Overall - How to Execute and Create a Subscription for Research Administration Certifications - AGM and RAA

The Certification Report Activity Overall allows research administration manager to view status for research certifications based on employees NetIDs. Managers can run the report real time or set schedule for the report to run. This document provides guidance to running the report using a specific role assigned to research managers. If you cannot access the report, email ResearchFinanceEd@duke.edu to have the role assigned. Please note: Information in some screenshots is redacted.

Run Report

When executing this report, managers should keep in mind the following: - All RAA Certifications are organized into a two LMS certifications - an Onboarding Track and the track-specific certification. Additionally RAA participants must complete a final exam. The RAA certification is not complete until all components of the exam are complete. - When the AGM Certification displays as complete, all certification components are complete. - The report is not available on reports available under My Team.

Click "Admin"

Click "Analytics Admin"

Click here.

Click "All (9)"

Double-click "Last Run Date:"

Click the "Type to search ..." field.

Click here.

Click the "Type to search ..." field.

Select the check box beside the employee to include the employee in the report.

Click "Save"

Click "Run"

Certifications became active in the LMS June 2025. Information will not display prior to that date.

**Save and Run** saves your report parameters so you don't have to enter them each time. To restore the report to it's defaults, select the drop-down menu beside the **Schedule** button for the report and **Revert to Defaults.**

You can export the report in various formats by selecting the download icon. Select **Filters** to filter the returned results or to re-run the report.

Schedule the Report

On the **Analytics** page, select **Schedule** associated with the **Certification Report Activity Detail**.

Select **Add New Schedule**.

Open **Filters** to enter the desired report criteria.

Enter the desired report criteria.

With the appropriate criteria entered, open **Column Selection** to select the columns you wish to display. Choose to hide columns based on how you want the report to display by moving them from **Available Columns** to **Hidden Columns.**

Complete all required fields. Fields displayed are dynamic based on selected criteria. **Report Format** includes the ability to schedule the report as a PDF, CVS or Excel file.

**Date From** and **Date To** are required fields. Use the infinity end date to run the report into the future. Please note the required Year - Month-Day formatting.

You can distribute the report to an email address to a person. You can enter yourself and you can enter more than one option.

Select **Schedule** once you've entered all information about the subscription.

The scheduled report displays along with the person who created the report and a hyperlink that will display the recipients.

At any time, you can take action on the report by selectin the pencil icon to edit it or the three dots to delete, copy, or run the report.
