These steps are the same for all types of reports. \ \ Remember that when you create a bookmark, the variables will be preserved. \ \ For example, if you set the date range on the variable screen as 7/2/25 through today, 3/31/25, the date will remain 3/31/25 when you run the report through the bookmark tomorrow, 4/1/25 (so the data will be incomplete).

Navigate to [SAP Analytics Cloud](https://trustees-of-boston-ma.us10.hcs.cloud.sap/) and run your desired report. Modify it as needed before creating the bookmark.

Click the Bookmark button.

Click "Bookmark Current State".

Name your bookmark.

If you want your bookmark to be public, check this box.\ \ Even if your bookmark is public, a viewer will not be able to see the data for that account unless they also have access to that account.

Click "Save".

To view your bookmarks, follow the steps below.

Return to the SAC homepage and click "Stories" (the easel symbol) on the left sidebar.

Click "Bookmarks"

Search for the title of your bookmark.

You can find your bookmarks here.

You will have the option to edit, share, or delete bookmarks from this screen.

To edit, check the box next to the bookmark and click "edit" (the pencil button).

You can change the name and switch between Personal and Global (private and public). Click "Update" to save changes.

You also have the option to share bookmarks (even if they're private).

Enter the BU user's name or email.

Click "Share" or copy the link to send it to the recipient(s).

To delete a bookmark, click the trashcan button.

If you want to overwrite an existing bookmark, follow steps 2 and 3. Select the bookmark you want to overwrite and click save.

Be mindful not to overwrite, edit, or delete any global bookmarks that aren't yours!
