Run a Transaction Detail report in SAP.

Find the "FSR/ISR Number" column and copy the ISR number. ISR numbers start with "904______\_"

Open BUworks in another tab and click on the "Procurement" tab.

Click "ISR Request- Display"

Click the "ISR Request No. Field" and paste the ISR number. Hit *Enter* on your keyboard.

You can see the service provider and the name of the person who submitted the ISR here.

You'll see the ISR details in the "Note Pad" section.

If this box is checked, the ISR has been charged and closed.
