Run a Transaction Detail report. Journal entries are assigned "G/L Account Document" as the *Document Type*.

Find the *FI Doc. Number* (this is the journal entry number) starting with "100______\_"

Right-click on the value and click "Jump To"

Click "FB03"

This will display the journal entry document.
You can also look up any FI Doc Number in WebGUI by following the steps below.

Open the BUworks homepage and click "WebGUI"

Click "ECC System"

In the text box, type **FB03** and hit Enter on your keyboard.

In the *Document Number* field, enter the FI Doc Number and hit enter on your keyboard.

Here, you can see the line items in the journal entry.

You can view the accounts that were credited/debited.

To view attachments, click the button on the top right corner and "Attachment list".

To download an attachment, click on it.

Then, click the glasses icon and a download dialogue will open.

To quickly view details, click the hat icon to open the header information.

You can see who submitted the journal entry under "Parked by."
