Navigate to [https://ppb.buw.bu.edu/](https://ppb.buw.bu.edu/)

Click "Designated/Restricted Balance & Activity - GL/CI Detail"

Enter IO number.

Click "OK"

Right click the number number in the FY 20XX Expenses column.

Click Goto > "Transaction Detail - Actuals"

A report of the actuals in that column will pop up.
