SJCA Parent Service Hours on FACTS Family Portal

Tip! Tap on Service Hours Icon to continue to log in to FACT Family Portal.

Navigate to <https://sjca-tx.client.renweb.com/pwr/>

Click the "District Code" field.

Type in District Code "SJCA-TX"

Click "Username" field.

Type in FACTS Family Portal Username.

Click the "Password" Field.

Enter FACTS Family Portal Password.

Click "Parent" button.

Click "LOG IN".

Click "Family" on Family Portal Dashboard.

Click on Family Member Dropdown to select your profile.

Service Hours Section is below the Family Member dropdown menu. Click on the "Add +".

Click the "Date" text field and type in the date of the meeting or service event.

*Additional option:* Click on "Date" text field for Calendar Date Selection.

Click on the "Hours" text field.

Type the number of hours for the attended meeting or service event.

Click the "Decription" drop-down menu.

Click on the "Description" drop down menu and choose the meeting or service events.

Click the "Note" text field.

Type a brief description or additional information needed to verify hours.

Click "Verified By" text field.

Type **School/Department Administrator, Coach or Sponsor Name** hosting the meeting or service event.

Click the Save button.

Once you save, you will receive a submission confirmation message. Choose one of the following: 1. Click on "Add More Service Hours" 2. Click on "Back to Family Home" 3. Log Out of FACTS Family Portal
