STEM Lend Rental Information

This document is to provide information about creating an account and renting items from the CIU 10 STEM Lend System.

Creating an Account

Navigate to [https://pastem.tiu11.org/intermediate_units/central-intermediate-unit-10/resources](https://pastem.tiu11.org/intermediate_units/central-intermediate-unit-10/resources)

Click "Register"

Fill in the requested information including email address & first and last name.

Be sure to enter your SCHOOL email address or the system will be unable to verify your account.

Click this button.

Logging In

Navigate to [https://pastem.tiu11.org/login](https://pastem.tiu11.org/login)

Click "Login"

Enter your credentials. If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to change your password.

Making a Loan Request

Navigate to [https://pastem.tiu11.org/](https://pastem.tiu11.org/)

Click "Central Intermediate Unit 10"

Click "Resources"

If you are just looking for items from the STEM Lending Library select "STEM" from the "Subject" Dropdown Menu. If you are just looking for items from the AT Lending Library, select "Assistive Technology" from the "Subject" Dropdown Menu.

Click on the item you wish to borrow.

Click "New Reservation"

Click the "Accept agreement terms and conditions" field.

Select the date you wish the loan to start. Please note that we request at least 2 weeks of lead time to prepare these items to be borrowed.

Select the date the item will be ready for pickup. You must keep the item for at least two weeks, but we request you keep the item for less than four week to allow it to be used by other classrooms.

Tip! If you need to borrow the items for longer, please contact Melissa Duckworth at [mduckworth@ciu10.org](mailto:mduckworth@ciu10.org) or Stephanie King at [sking@ciu10.org](mailto:sking@ciu10.org) to confirm the extended rental.

You may use delivery instructions to provide more detailed information.

Be sure to update the quantity reserved if you wish to borrow more than one of the item.

If you wish to borrow additional items, Click "Add Resource"

Once all this information is completed, select "Create Reservation" to send the request to our team! We will send verification once your request is received and again when the items are ready for pick up/drop off.
