Schedule Reports

To automate report delivery, you can schedule reports to be sent to your inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Scheduled reports ensure you receive the latest data without needing to manually generate and download reports each time.

Offstreet

Reports can be shared with **both Offstreet users and external recipients.** All Recipients will receive the report via **email with the report attached** as a CSV or Excel file.

To schedule a recurring report, check the **[[“Schedule”]]** box. This will open a section where you can enter the email addresses of the recipients who should receive the report.

Click Reporting Period to change the frequency of these reports. The report will be sent automatically based on the selected reporting period: - **Monthly**: Sent on the **1st of each month at 6 AM** - **Weekly**: Sent **every Monday at 6 AM** - **Daily**: Sent **every day at 6 AM** *All reports are delivered according to your account’s default time zone.*

Enter the **email addresses** of recipients who should receive the report automatically. \ \ If the recipient has an Offstreet account, you can select their name from the dropdown list.
