Schedule a Directsign Meeting

This step-by-step guide will show you how to schedule a Directsign Meeting from the Videosign Dashboard. Directsign allows you to send a document to a single participant to sign. They will receive an email with a link to join a Videosign meeting room and sign the document(s).

Videosign

Navigate to the dashboard.

Click the "Directsign" tile.

Enter a Subject.

Enter the Full Name of the participant.

Enter their Email.

Click "Next".

Click "Browse" and select the document you want to upload.

Select whether the document is to be signed, or read only.

Click "Create".

Click "Go to Meeting Manager".

With Directsign, the "Enter" button will be replaced with "View Status".

The meeting status will show 'Pending' until the participant has signed, saved and finalised the document.

You will be notified by email when the participant has signed and saved the document. The status will change to 'Signed' once this has been done.
