Schedule a Meeting (from Videosign Dashboard)

This step-by-step guide will show you how to schedule a Videosign meeting from the dashboard.

Videosign

Navigate to the Videosign Dashboard.

Click on **"New Meeting"**.

Enter a **Subject** for the meeting.

Select a **Date** and **Time**.

Select the **Length** of the meeting.

Click **"Add Participant"**.

Enter the **Full Name** of the participant. ***Note:*** You do not need to add yourself as a participant. You will be automatically added as the meeting host.

Enter their **Email**.

If you want to send a 2FA code via SMS, enter the **area code** and **mobile number** for the participant. They will need to enter the code received before they can access the meeting. ***Please Note:*** *This feature is NOT available on a Free Trial. If you'd like to use this feature please contact us.*

Participants can verify their ID (using one of our IDV partners) before joining the meeting. ***Please Note:*** *ID Verification is an additional cost and needs to be configured for your account by the Videosign team.* *For more information on ID Verification please contact us.*

To add another participant, click **"Add Participant"**.

When you've added all participants, click on **"Next"**.

Click **"Browse"** to upload a document from your device. You can skip this step and upload a document later if you prefer.

Select whether the document should go in the **"To sign"** or **"Read only"** folder.

Click **"Create"**.

Click **"Go to Meeting Manager"**.

Your meeting has now been scheduled and will appear in the **Meeting Manager**.
