Schedule a Meeting from intelliflo

This guide will show you how to schedule a Videosign meeting from the intelliflo dashboard.

Videosign

Click on the client.

Click "Client Actions".

In the "iO Store Apps" section you will see two options for Videosign.

Click "Videosign Meeting Scheduler".

Enter a subject for the meeting.

Select a date.

Select a time.

Select a time zone.

Select meeting length.

Your client's details will automatically pull through from Intelliflo.

You can add additional participants if you wish. Just click "Add Participant" and enter their details.

To remove a participant, click on the red 'x' icon.

Click "Next".

Click "Next".

If you've selected a template, select the document role for the participant.

Click "Submit".
