Schedule your In-Person Appointment Availability in Navigate 360

Click on the "My Availability" tab.

Click on the "Actions" dropdown.

Click on "Add Time"

This opens the Add Availability interface. First select the days you can meet with students on.

Enter your from and to time for your appointments.

Click on the "How long is this availability active?" drop down. I selected a Range of Dates. This might be the best option.

Notice here that I have selected from November 4th to November 7th.

Click in the checkbox in front of the "Add this availability to your personal availability link?" In Navigate you have a personal link that you can send to students to find your personal appointments in the platform.

Click on the Appointments tab. This sets your availability to appointments.

Click on the "Care Unit" drop down and select the Care Unit you work under. Here I have selected "Advising".

Click the "Location" drop down and select the location where you will have your appointments. I have selected "Building 1, Room 103 - Student Services". This is my In-Person Location.

Click on the "Services" drop down and select the service or services that are the services that are student facing. This will be determined by your Care Unit and will be different from Care Unit to Care Unit.

Click in the "Special Instructions for Student" field. Here you should include your building and room location, as well as other information that you want the student to receive when they schedule an appointment with you. Please look at the other information that I added here.

Click the "Save" button at the bottom to save your availability.
