Claim your Account and Set your Password

You will receive an email to set your new password and claim your account. The email subject will be "Open Cupboard: Set Password", and the sender will be "noreply@pantrysoft.com"

Click "Click here to set your password!"

Create your password.

Click the "Save" button.
Log In to Your Account

Go to [Opencupboard.org/appointment](//opencupboard.org/appointment)

To change the language, click here.

Choose your language.

Enter your Username and Password.
Your username should be your email address. If you selected a different username or forgot your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" buttons underneath the login.
Schedule Your Delivery

In the "For What Type of Visit?" box, click "Delivery"

You will now see all of the available Delivery appointments that you can sign up for.

To choose one, click the + icon.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will see this confirmation in your account.

You will also receive an Appointment Confirmation email with your appointment date at the bottom.
Changing your Appointment or Information

To reschedule your appointment, click "Edit Appointment".

You will be back on the schedule page and can choose a new delivery appointment.

If you need to edit your personal information, like your phone number or address, click "Edit Registration".

You will be able to edit your information here.

You can also adjust the number of people in your house.

You will need to confirm your eligibility at the bottom of the page, referring to the Eligibility Guidelines.

Answer the Eligibility question and type your name to indicate that all information above is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Click "Save and Continue"

If you need to cancel, click "Cancel Appointment". You can always come back and schedule another delivery later.

Click "Confirm Cancellation"
Schedule a Drive-Up Appointment Instead of Delivery

If you can get to Open Cupboard for a Drive-Up appointment instead, you can also schedule here.

When you log in to schedule a visit, click Drive-Up for the visit type.

Choose the Drive-Up appointment that works for you.

Today's Harvest is open 12-6pm Monday to Friday and 10-1pm on Saturdays at two locations.
