Ensure that the splash page says Welcome to Wayne. Enter your username and password.

Click "Submit"

The main screen will include your child's name, your home address, and phone number. Clicking on the student name will provide additional information.

Clicking "Schedule" will provide the 2025-26 courses your child is currently taking as well as allow you to email the teacher. (However, we highly recommend you use ParentSquare for communication.)

Clicking "Attendance" will show any recorded absences for the school year.

Clicking "Grades" will show averages from the previous report card. Please be aware, up to date grades can be found in Schoology. They are not recorded on a daily basis in SchoolTool. Only marking period/semester grades are kept in SchoolTool.

You can adjust the school year, marking period, etc. to view previous grades and comments.

Click "Assessments" to view past state assessment results.

Clicking "Account" allows you to change your password and shows login history.

When finished, you can click the logout button at the top right of your screen.
