School Access to ACSI's Accreditation Management Platform, Fabric

This guide provides essential instructions for navigating the ACSI Accreditation Management Platform, Fabric, ensuring users can efficiently manage their school's accreditation processes. By following the steps outlined, users can access important documents, track accreditation cycles, and coordinate team site visits seamlessly.

Navigate to [accreditation.acsi.org](https://accreditation.acsi.org) \ Use the same login credentials you use elsewhere on the ACSI site.

Click "Organization Representative"\ This takes you to your School's profile and information page. You can access Self-Studies, Annual Reports, Sub Change forms, and any other SCHOOL information here.

Click the name of your school if given the option (could be applicable if you have multiple campus sites)

Under Applications & Accreditations:\ Clicking the hyperlinked accreditation number Ex: "ACSI-1015" will show you all details of your current Accreditation cycle.

Here you can find your cycle Effective and Expiration dates along with the Addendum/Endorsements on your Accreditation under "Scope Statement."

Clicking "Documents" will take you to your school's documents library to find: - Your most recent Accreditation certificate - Your most recent "Accreditation Action Plan" (if using *Inspire*) - Your most recent Accreditation Final Visit Report and other associated documents from your most recent visit

Clicking "Contacts" will show you the staff members on your roster that can access the Fabric Accreditation platform. You will also see your primary Liaisons from your ACSI Divisional Accreditation office listed here.

From anywhere on the platform, clicking the bubble in the top right corner with your initials will allow you to view your other "Personas" (roles) in Fabric.

Click "Change My Persona"

Clicking "My Items" will take you to any Instruments or Documents assigned just to you. This is useful if you're also serving on an Accreditation Team and have a Site Visit scheduled.

On your profile, you can list work history and any conflicts of interest with other schools (past employment).

If you happen to be serving as a Chair of a site visit, you can use/start the "Chairing a School Site Visit" process to use ACSI's Process Checklist to help you organize your visit.

Clicking "Applications" will take you to see any process steps you have been assigned to as a part of a school's (whether yours or another school you're working with or visiting) Accreditation Process.\ \ \*NOTE: These headers will only show if you DO have an Application, Event, Response or Review assigned to you. If you are not personally assigned, you may not see these after all.

Clicking "Confirm" when you've completed your part of that particular step will help the ACSI staff know that you and/or the school are ready to move on to the next step in the process. \ \ This "Confirm" will only show if you have been officially "assigned" as the contact to complete this specific step.

Clicking "Events" will take you to see any upcoming Site Visit events you may have been assigned to. This is particularly helpful if you're serving on multiple visiting teams during a year/season.

Clicking on the hyperlinked "Site Visit" name will bring up more details about the visit including the names of your other team members.

Finally, clicking on "Responses & Reviews" will be where you can access any forms you personally have been assigned, as well as the School Self-Studies of any schools you are on a team to visit.
