School Bus Drivers

This guide provides essential steps for school bus drivers to update their employment information in the training system and driver's license number.

Updating Employment Information

Navigate to [aealearningonline.org](https://training.aealearningonline.org/front)

Log into the training system and click the **Home** icon

You will then want to go to your **Profile**

Click on the **Employment Info** tab

Select **Yes** that you are a district or AEA Employee

Then locate your school district

Put in your **district verification code** and click **save employment info.**

**Note:** If you do not know your district verification code, please contact your district contact listed on the right side of the school/AEA selection.

You can then go back and update your **building**, **position**, **subjects taught**, and **grades taught**

**Note:** Make sure to click **save employment info** anytime you are done updating your selection to save your changes.

Adding/Updating Driver's License Number

If you aren't already logged into training.aealearningonline.org, login and click "Profile".

Click "Additional Info", enter drivers license, and click save.
