Once you have the contact you'd like to send the SOA to, you'll go to their profile and click this icon.

Click "Sign SOA"

Select the products you'd like to discuss with them and then click "Save and sign in person" after you've confirmed the date.

Since you're meeting in person, this would immediately generate the SOA formw with your branding for them to complete. Click "Complete the SOA form"

They can confirm the products they want to discuss.

They'll sign their name and then click "Sign & continue"

You can download and the print the SOA from the confirmation page.

You can also view the PDF version of the SOA from their profile under Contact History as well.
