Searching for Maintenance Provided Property

There are two ways to search for maintenance provided residential property: The HOA Y/N field and the Features field.

Both use the typical residential search module.

Add the "HOA Y/N" field to your search input screen, if needed. Click Customize -

Find the HOA Y/N field

Click this checkbox.

Click add.

Once the "HOA Y/N" is in the right column, you can move it if you want it to display in a particular place on the search input screen.

Click "Apply/Save"

You probably do NOT want to save criteria values.

Check "Set as My Default RESIDENTIAL search" field for the new field arrangement to be your default Residential search.

Click "Save"

Select "Y - Yes" in the HOA Y/N field.

Enter any other search criteria needed.

Click "Search"

The search results will only include property with "Yes" in the HOA field.

To search for specific types of maintenance provided, open the residential search module,

Scroll down to the features section. Click the maginfying glass to see the list of features.

Select the desired features. Note: If there are 3 features selected in the "Must Have" column, then the system will only return results that have all three of those features assigned to them. If you select 3 features in the "Must Have 1 or More" column, the system will return results that have any one of those three features assigned.

Click "Save"

Add any other criteria.

Click "Search"

Results will include property with the selected features.
