Anyone who has registered for the event through your personal invitation link will be immediately visible and downloadable in my Easyfairs for you to contact. This guide shows how to find this list.

Navigate to [https://my.easyfairs.com/login](https://my.easyfairs.com/stand/208131/manage-profile) and log in to My Easyfairs

Click "Invite clients"

Scroll down to the "registered visitors" section at the bottom of the page to see a list of visitors registered via your link

So you know! You will have access to each registrants full name, email address, company name, registration date and then the date they visited the show (if applicable)

Click "Download list" to generate an .xls of your guests
