This guide provides steps for efficiently updating patient data and tracking version history, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. It highlights how to edit existing information, add new data, and review changes over time.

Functionality is available from Site and Organizational levels

Open Patient's card

Click "Self-reported data"

Here you can preview questions and answers which come from questionnaire. You can also add a new information which you collect about the person.

To edit field click "Edit"

Change an answer and click "Update"

You can also check a version hisotry of each field. To do that click "Version history"

Than the modal window with the wjole hisotry of changes for field appears. You can close it by clicking "Close"

You can also add a new information. To do that click "Add field"

Search field which you are interested

Type an answer and click "Save"

Additionally, when patient has information provided in fields Weight and Height, the field "BMI" with appropriate calculation Note: Field BMI can't be edited
