Send Agreement for E-Signature in Canveo
This guide shows how to send agreements for e-signature using Canveo

Navigate to <https://www.canveo.net/dashboard>

Open an agreement

Click "Continue here"

Select the "Sign" tab

If you need to add or change signers, click "Add signer ...". The default signer(s) of your own organization (if set) will be added automatically.

**Optional** If you want to sign a version highlighting the changes vis-a-vis the template, click "Sign a version highlighting changes ..."

In such case, select the base version you want to compare your current version to (usually that's the template, i.e. version 0)

In order to preview the comparison version, click "Preview ..." and open the downloaded PDF

Click "Initiate Signing" - this will redirect you to the e-signature provider that's connected to your account (by default, it will be DocuSign)

For the first signer: drag & drop all signature fields into the document (for example, Signature, Name, Title, Date Signed)

After that, switch signers using the dropdown in the upper-left corner

For the next signer, repeat (i.e. drag & drop all signature fields into the document)

Click "Send" - this will send an email to all signers requesting them to sign the document. In addition, an FYI email will be sent to all collaborators, informing them that the agreement has been sent for signature.
