Send Reminder Email for Droplet submission

Navigate to [https://app.droplet.io/home](https://app.droplet.io/home)

Click "All Submissions"

Click this icon to add filters.

Click here for "status" of your Droplet submission.

Click the "Status (required)" field.

Click "In Progress" to show Droplet submissions that are active and "in progress."

Click "Add Filter"

Click this icon to filter for the "form" type that you are looking for.

Click "Form"

Click the form you are looking for. In this case, I am using the "Contract Request" form.
You can also type in the form name to narrow your search.

Click "Add Filter"

Click the "Find Submissions" field to enter the person's name you want to remind.
This is when you want to remind one individual approver. If you wish to remind all approvers, leave this section blank, and skip down to Step 14.

In this case, I am looking for submissions assigned to Laura Koens. I type "laura.koens and hit [[enter]]" on my keyboard. All submissions for "contract request" will show up that are assigned to Laura Koens.

Hover over the submission you are looking for and click the three dots that appear on the right of your screen.
If you want to remind an approver of multiple submissions, click the bubble to the left of the status column, and select remind from the actions dropdown. It will then send reminders for all submissions that you have check marked.

Click "Remind"

Click "Send Reminder Email"
You may customize the email at this point.

This is what your email "reminder" will look like in the approvers inbox.
