From the wrike job, select the "Edit" link at the top of description.

This should open the HubSpot email editor. Click the "Send Test Email" button torwards the top right of screen.

HubSpot will pre-populate your recipients with your email. Add a web team member, or a campus partner if they need to see a proof.

As you type emails, those already in the system will show-up in the drop-down and you can select the correct email.

Click "Send test email"

Once the test has been sent, you can go back to Wrike and change the workflow status, skipping the "Ready for Proof" status and instead... selecting "Proof Sent for Review"
