Alert! This procedure requires System Admin Permission or Agent-User Management Permission

Navigate to Manage users panel.

Search for desired user to send welcome email too and click the reset password button
Tip! You have option to manually create password or have system randomly generate one.

Select generate random password

Select Send Welcome Email

Click "Submit"

Click "OK"
