Send a Post Event Message to Attendees

This guide provides essential steps for effectively communicating with event attendees after an event, ensuring they feel appreciated and engaged. By utilizing predefined templates for thank-you messages or feedback requests, you can streamline the process and gather valuable insights through surveys. Additionally, the guide offers tips for personalizing messages and enhancing attendee relationships. Following these steps can significantly improve post-event engagement and feedback collection.

Navigate to the event dashboard and click "Send Message"

Select "***Post Event Thank You to All Attendees***" pre-defined template

**Alternatively**, select the "***Post Event Feedback to All Attendees"*** predefined template to send a message that contains a digital survey/feedback form. **Important note**: when you select this template, the system automatically adds '**#feedback_URL#**' to the message body. This becomes a clickable link to the survey of your choice. It must be included in the message.

Set who the message will go to and how the message will be sent (via email or text message or both)

Modify the subject line and body of message with post-event messaging Ideas for post-event messaging: > Express appreciation for their attendance > Share event-related content such as photos taken at event > ask for their input > direct them to social media platforms and/or website > invite them for a cup of Joe :)

Send yourself a test message, schedule the message to send, or save it as a draft.

**Tip!** If you include a link to your digital survey/response card (that has been created in AnyRegistration), the submitted responses are accessible by clicking '**View Responses**' from the event's dashboard in the People tile. **BONUS**: You can assign survey responses as follow-up tasks to your follow-up team members from within the AnyRegistration platform.
