Make
As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Completed Forms"

Click "Add" or "Create a webhook"

Open the dropdown

Select the form you want to use for this trigger

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

Click "OK"

In a new tab go to the Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "New webhook"

Label the webhook and paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "form_response.completed"

Back in Make, add a new module and select “Copilot”

If you want to have the form name in your message, you can map it (or any other data from your form) to your message by follow steps 28-30.
