Send an Upcoming Listing Announcement

Navigate to a new Draft listing in Brokerage Engine.

In the Tasks pane, select the task "Upcoming - Listing Announcement" to begin.
Alert! The Upcoming - Listing Announcement task will only auto populate on listings that are in Draft status, and only if this feature is enabled.

Click "Pick Listing Photo" to select a photo directly from this listing.

Or, upload an image in one of the formats specified.

"Property Name" will be the headline for the announcement. The address will appear by default, but you may change this to suit your needs. Then, add "Agent Remarks" as appropriate.

Click "Submit" to send out the announcement.
After clicking "Submit", notifications will be sent to any agents in your brokerage that have subscribed to notifications for Upcoming Listings.

Everyone in your brokerage will also be able to view the upcoming listing on their Dashboard in the Upcoming widget.
