Send email without the default BizTRAQ server

Customers can use their own email servers for sending out emails rather than BizTRAQ's email server. Users can enter their own email server settings and send out test emails.

Click the gear icon on the top right corner

Click "Settings"

Click "Email" Tab

Uncheck "Use BizTRAQ system default Email server"

Enter values for the email server you wish to utilize for sending emails to your users. The "Display Name" will be the name that will be displayed as the sender of the email.

Click "Test Email" to test if BizTRAQ can send email with the settings you entered

Enter an email address and click "Test"

A message will appear if test email is sent successfully. Click "Ok"
