Please email [support@synbiotix.com](mailto:support@synbiotix.com) with a description of the problem, and to let them know you've send the logs. Please include the following in your email:
- The name of the system you're using (menuPick)
- The operating system (iOS or Android)
- The the app version number. You can find this in the bottom corner of the log in screen of the app
- A full description of the problem, including (where possible):
- Steps to replicate the problem
- Example of what’s causing the issue, including the ID if available (e.g.: the specific item or location)
- A full screenshot or picture
- The impact of the issue – how many users are affected and how frequently is the issue occurring?
- Any steps you’ve taken to resolve the problem
