Click "Classes"

Click the name of the class you wish to message.

Click "Roster"

Click "Send Communication to"

Click "Students" or "Parents" or "All"

Fill in the Subject and type your message. Click "Send Message" when complete. This uses the internal Blackbaud messaging system.

To send using your external email, click "send via e-mail".

Click "Semicolon" (if using Outlook)

Click "Copy addresses"

In a new tab, navigate to your email.

Click "New mail"

Click "Bcc"

Paste the email addresses and send your email!
